In this workshop you will learn the steps to take to become a Notary Signing Agent, NSA certification test review, how to properly notarize loan documents, supplies needed, estimated cost of getting started and much more.

Come prepared to learn about the core documents in a residential loan that appear in every package, receive a workbook that will include: a script for a loan package, reference material to help you complete a loan package. The workshop will include pre and post appointment tips, supplies needed, overview of loan packages (Refinance, HELOC, VA).

This session will include a 2hr one on one in a classroom setting, complete loan document package review (Refinance, HELOC and VA), how to advertise your business, price your services, obtain orders, a question & answer session and 6 months of coaching
